The Breast Augmentation Procedure
Breast augmentation is performed under general anesthesia and typically takes one to two hours. The procedure begins with a discreet incision, placed in one of the following locations based on your anatomy and preferences:
Inframammary (under the breast fold)
Periareolar (around the nipple)
Transaxillary (within the armpit)
